Boy injured by stray bullet

A six-year-old boy was critically injured after being hit by a stray bullet while playing on the rooftop of his house in Mughalpura.

According to a police spokesperson, the victim, identified as Umar Farooq, was struck by a bullet that pierced his spinal cord.

He was rushed to the CMH in a critical condition.

The police registered a case of attempted murder against an unidentified shooter and launched an investigation to trace him.
