Bailable warrants issued against education officials

The Constitutional Bench of the Sindh High Court, Hyderabad, comprising Justice Zulfiqar Ali Sangi and Justice Arbab Ali, heard a petition regarding non-issuance of offer letters for appointment in education department and expressed displeasure over failure to submit a reply despite court orders.

The court has ordered to arrest Secretary Education, Director Schools Education Primary Shaheed Benazirabad and District Education Officer Primary Sanghar.

The court was informed that an advertisement was published in 2018 for the recruitment of grade 15 teaching staff. A written test was conducted for the post under the supervision of IBA Sukhar.
