The fences around the stadium were removed to enhance the viewing experience for fans. Additionally, hospitality boxes were renovated, and a new ring road and pedestrian bridge were built to improve accessibility.

With the venue now fully prepared, the National Bank Arena is set to host the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. Mohsin Naqvi closely supervised the renovation work, which was completed in just 120 days thanks to the dedication of the workers.
