Cop suspended for torturing elderly man

A Special Security Unit police driver allegedly inflicted violence upon an elderly citizen within the limits of Ghazi, Haripur.
Muhammad Rafiq was seriously injured after he was tortured by driver Muhammad Ilyas. He was shifted to the hospital, where he is undergoing medical treatment. Sources revealed that, the brutal torture caused serious injuries to the elderly man's hands, jaw and other body parts.
DIG Hazara Nasir Mehmood Satti took immediate notice of the incident after a video of it went viral on social media. He suspended the police officer responsible for the violence and ordered an inquiry into the incident.
