Authorities have placed police stations and bomb disposal squad (BDS) units on high alert after sensitive agencies issued a severe security threat alert across Rawalpindi.
The sensitive agencies issued severe security alerts to the district administration and police after which the security of sensitive institutions, educational institutions and important facilities has been tightened. The administration has issued orders to tighten the security of all schools and district courts.
