Labour union wins CDA polls

Chaudhry Yaseen's Labour Union won the CDA referendum with 6,282 votes, defeating opponents.

ISLAMABAD:

The Labour Union led by Chaudhry Yaseen's group emerged victorious in the referendum held at the CDA headquarters.

Yaseen's group secured 6,282 votes. In contrast, their opponents, the Employees Union led by the Pasha group, garnered 3,406 votes, the Labour Union led by the Amanullah group bagged 304 votes, and the Workers Federation led by the Shabab Bukhari group secured 232 votes.

The victory was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Sitara Market.
