Lil Xan has been charged with assault and battery following an altercation with a fan at a November show in Boston.
According to TMZ, the rapper faces two felony charges: one for allegedly swinging a microphone at the concertgoer, and another for kicking the fan in the head.
The incident occurred at Royale Boston nightclub, where Lil Xan reportedly spiked his mic into the crowd and kicked the person in the face. Boston police launched an investigation, and footage from the scene appears to show the fan making an obscene gesture at the rapper prior to the altercation.

Following the incident, Lil Xan was seen being body-slammed onstage. The rapper, who is now three years sober, had hoped to start fresh in 2025, vowing to avoid such situations in the future.
