"Go back to f***ing Palestine" says UFC's Sean Strickland to Belal Muhammad

Sean Strickland reignites feud with Belal Muhammad, launching an expletive-laden rant ahead of his UFC 312 fight.

Sean Strickland did not hold back in his latest tirade against welterweight champion Belal Muhammad, reigniting their long-standing feud in a recent interview.

The outspoken middleweight contender, known for his controversial remarks, took aim at Muhammad while discussing his upcoming UFC 312 rematch against Dricus Du Plessis.

Speaking with The Schmo, Strickland quickly turned the conversation toward Muhammad, launching into an expletive-filled rant. “Listen about the f***ing Belal Muhammad,” Strickland said. “Where’s he from? F***ing Miami or Detroit?”

After being informed Muhammad is from Chicago, Strickland continued: “Belal, do me a favor and shut the f*** up. Go get on a boat, go back to f***ing Palestine, go pick up a rock and go f***ing do something. I’m so sick of hearing you on the fing Twitter just talking s***.”

Muhammad has been vocal about his support of Palestine on social media, often sharing posts raising awareness for the ongoing conflict.

Strickland also mocked Muhammad’s fighting style, questioning whether the welterweight champion wanted to “dry hump” him.

The remarks add to Strickland’s history of inflammatory statements, which have often sparked backlash from both fans and fighters.

In response to Strickland's outburst, Muhammad trolled him on X (formerly Twitter), reposting a meme about the former UFC Middleweight Champion's supposed change in attitude during fights.

Muhammad, for his part, has also been vocal about his issues with Strickland.

In a separate interview with Submission Radio, he expressed a desire to move up in weight to settle the score with the former middleweight champion. “I would love to fight Sean,”

Muhammad said. “It doesn’t even have to be a belt on the line, I’d just fight him just to fight him at 185lb. That would be the fight I’d want. I’d slap him around.”

Muhammad dismissed Strickland’s skill set, stating, “When I think of tough fights, Sean’s not one of them. I think it would be an easy fight for me. He beats a lot of guys with cardio; I have better cardio than him. He beats a lot of guys with jabs. I have better boxing than him.”

With Strickland focused on his upcoming title bout at UFC 312 and Muhammad eyeing potential welterweight challengers, a fight between the two remains uncertain.

However, given their ongoing war of words, the rivalry shows no signs of cooling down anytime soon.
