Fakhr-e-Alam's house burgled

Thieves broke into the house of singer Fakhr-e-Alam in DHA and ransacked the cupboards and lockers in all rooms on the night between Tuesday and Wednesday.

The artist was abroad while other family were also not at home.

The watchman told police that the thieves gave him some sedatives in the food before searching the house. The suspects also tried to break the locker, but failed.

Police reached the spot and called the crime scene unit to collect the evidence. The loss of the valuables has not yet been ascertained.
