Six more bunkers dismantled in Kurram

Six more bunkers have been dismantled in district Kurram in line with the peace agreement.

The district administration destroyed three bunkers each of warring groups through explosive material in Khar Kali and Balish Khel areas. With the demolition of six bunkers, 16 bunkers have been destroyed so far, which is an important development to establish long lasting peace.

As per district administration, the practical steps are underway to implement 14 points peace agreement that include dismantling of bunkers and ban on weapons brandishing. These activities are being carried out in consultation of all stakeholders.
