Gwyneth Paltrow recently sold her 8,000-square-foot mansion in Brentwood’s Mandeville Canyon for $22 million, though this price fell short of her initial asking price.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the actress originally listed the home for $29.99 million, later reducing the price to $24.9 million before finalizing the sale.

The estate, which avoided damage during the recent L.A. wildfires, boasts luxurious features including six bedrooms, a large kitchen with double cooktops and a wood-burning oven, as well as a one-bedroom guesthouse. The property also includes an office, gym, wine cellar, movie theater, and game room.

Paltrow purchased the home in 2012 with her then-husband Chris Martin, who she divorced in 2015. Despite the price drop, the sale still leaves Paltrow with a substantial return. The buyer now enjoys a lavish living space in the upscale Brentwood neighborhood.
