Prosecutors reveal JDot Breezy allegedly sent Cash App payment to Foolio’s killer hours before the murder.

In a recent courtroom video obtained by Raphouse TV, prosecutors revealed startling details about the murder of Florida rapper Julio Foolio, real name Charles Andrew Jones II.

According to the prosecution, Cash App records show that on June 22, 2024, just hours before Foolio’s death, rapper JDot Breezy, whose real name is Jacory Rivers, allegedly sent $390 to Isaiah Chance, one of the individuals charged in the killing.

The Cash App transaction took place at 1:45 AM, the Saturday before the murder, as Chance was preparing to leave Jacksonville for Tampa. The records show that within minutes of receiving the funds, Chance used the money to book an Airbnb for around $361.16, suggesting a connection between the payment and the planned attack.

Foolio, a 26-year-old rapper from Jacksonville, Florida, was known for his involvement in the city's rap scene and for feuding with other local artists. He was also linked to gang activity, with much of his music reflecting these associations. On June 23, 2024, Foolio was fatally shot in a hotel parking lot in Tampa in what police believe was a targeted ambush.

Isaiah Chance, Alicia Andrews, and Sean Gathright have been identified as suspects in the shooting, with Andrews allegedly helping to set up the attack. Gathright is believed to have been one of the shooters, while police continue to search for additional suspects.

JDot Breezy, a rapper from Jacksonville’s North Side, is known for his affiliation with the 1200 gang and his music that often touches on themes of street life. He is also a cousin of other prominent Jacksonville artists, including Ksoo and Cojack.
