Police recover hashish

The PIB police calimed to have arrested a man from whom they allegedly recovered 0.5 kilogrammes of hashish dubbing him as 'most wanted' drug dealer.

The arrested suspect is said to be a habitual criminal and has previously been arrested in several cases including police encounter, possession of illegal weapons and drug trafficking.

Meanwhile, the police have arrested two suspected muggers, including one in injured condition, after a shootout in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 5, on Saturday. The injured suspect was identified as Kashif, who was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, while the other one told his name - Sattar.
