Veterinary dispensary reactivated in Gwadar

On a directive and cooperation of Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) Maulana Hidayatur Rehman Baloch, the closed and inactive veterinary dispensary of the Livestock Department was reactivated on Friday in Gwadar's Nalent area.
The dispensary was formally inaugurated by District Livestock Officer (DLO) Dr Sabir Ali Baloch, Veterinary Officer Dr Amjad and respected social leaders of Nalent.
Necessary medicines were also handed over to the dispensary on the occasion.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony, Mir Javed Qadir said that, due to the closure of the dispensary for the past several years, the livestock owners of Nalent had faced severe financial losses due to the expenses incurred on the private treatment of diseases affecting their livestock.
