The Traitors fans react to Linda’s banishment, fearing more face-to-face murders ahead

Fans of The Traitors were left speculating a major twist was on the horizon following a first-ever event on the show, which led to Linda's banishment.

The episode on Wednesday dealt with the aftermath of a shocking twist that began last week, where four players had to fight for their survival. The four Faithfuls selected by Traitors Minah and Linda faced being murdered face-to-face and had to battle it out to stay in the game.

The chosen four were Leon, Anna, Alexander, and Fozia, and a card game, of sorts, determined their fates. It came down to the final two, and unfortunately, Fozia was eliminated from the show on Wednesday.

However, a comment from Claudia before the reveal left some viewers uneasy. Claudia made a statement about the murder being the "first" face-to-face murder, which some fans interpreted as a clue that more twists were to come before the finale.

A viewer on X shared their concern: "The emphasis on FIRST face-to-face murder is scaring me."

This comes after fans wondered if Minah would be the next to go, following Linda's discovery. Despite facing suspicion for most of the show, Linda had managed to make it through, but she was voted out at the latest roundtable. 

When the results were tallied, it was clear that Linda was leaving the castle. Standing next to Claudia, she revealed she had been a Traitor all along, after weeks of deceiving the others. Minah pretended to be happy about the outcome while the rest of the group celebrated.

As Linda's departure became official, focus quickly shifted to identifying other Traitors. Soon, several Faithfuls began to question Minah, who had managed to avoid suspicion up until now.
