In the world of streaming, controversy is never too far behind. This time, popular streamer Felix "xQc" has called out fellow content creator Imane "Pokimane" for her TikTok video in which she participates in the viral "My Chinese Spy" meme.

In the clip, Pokimane humorously declares, "For my Chinese Spy only," before speaking a few lines in Mandarin, pretending to converse with an imaginary Chinese spy.

While many TikTok users have embraced the meme, poking fun at the fictional Chinese spies supposedly monitoring their data, xQc wasn’t amused.

Reacting to Pokimane's video, xQc said, "Chinese Spy? Bro, that's kind of offensive a little bit. That's kinda far out, no?" His reaction sparked debate, with some agreeing with xQc’s sentiment and others defending Pokimane as just having fun with a harmless trend.

The "My Chinese Spy" meme emerged in the wake of rumors surrounding the potential TikTok ban in the United States, with users joking about the idea of Chinese surveillance through the app. With the platform’s future uncertain, users have flocked to the trend, bidding farewell to their supposed "Chinese spy" watching over them through their phones.

Pokimane joined the trend by posting her own skit, but xQc’s reaction has raised questions about where the line is drawn between humor and offense. xQc, known for his outspoken opinions, made it clear he didn’t find the video amusing, calling it inappropriate.

The TikTok meme’s growing popularity has already garnered millions of views, but now, it’s at the center of a disagreement between two of the biggest streamers in the community. Will this call-out fuel further tension between xQc and Pokimane, or will it blow over as just another moment of internet drama?
