A Philadelphia Eagles fan involved in a viral incident during Sunday's playoff game has been fired from his job.

Ryan Caldwell, a project manager at consulting firm BCT Partners, was caught on video berating a female Green Bay Packers supporter during the Eagles' 22-10 Wild Card round win. In the footage, Caldwell can be seen using offensive and misogynistic language, calling the woman an "ugly dumb c*nt."

BCT Partners, which specializes in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) services, announced Tuesday that Caldwell had been terminated following an internal investigation. The company condemned his behavior, describing it as "vile, disgusting, unacceptable, and horrific," emphasizing that such conduct does not align with their values.

While BCT Partners expressed support for Caldwell during a difficult time, they clarified that his actions were not reflective of the company's ethos. The firm took swift action to ensure his departure.
