Eagles fan fired after misogynistic outburst at Packers supporter
A Philadelphia Eagles fan involved in a viral incident during Sunday's playoff game has been fired from his job.
Ryan Caldwell, a project manager at consulting firm BCT Partners, was caught on video berating a female Green Bay Packers supporter during the Eagles' 22-10 Wild Card round win. In the footage, Caldwell can be seen using offensive and misogynistic language, calling the woman an "ugly dumb c*nt."
What it's like going to Philly just trying to root for your team...
Unprovoked, uncalled for. Packers twitter, help me out and find this guy.... this is not okay
I hate that my fiancé had this happen simply cheering for her team pic.twitter.com/aiHCKzxrSS— Alexander Basara (@Basaraski) January 13, 2025
BCT Partners, which specializes in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) services, announced Tuesday that Caldwell had been terminated following an internal investigation. The company condemned his behavior, describing it as "vile, disgusting, unacceptable, and horrific," emphasizing that such conduct does not align with their values.
