Rs750 prize bond draw winners for January 2025 announced

The results of the eagerly awaited Rs 750 prize bond draw for January 2025 were announced on Wednesday by the National Savings Division in Karachi.

As per the official announcement, the first prize of Rs 1,500,000 was claimed by the holder of bond number 271541. In addition, three second-prize winners each received Rs 500,000, with their bond numbers listed as 0317904, 496553, and 80066.

First Prize Winner - Rs 1,500,000

The first prize, a cash reward of Rs 1,500,000, was awarded to the individual holding bond number 271541. This major win emphasises the financial potential of investing in prize bonds, offering a life-changing opportunity for the winner.

Second Prize Winners - Rs 500,000 Each

The second prize category saw three winners, each receiving Rs 500,000. These lucky winners held the bond numbers 0317904, 496553, and 80066. The second prize distribution further highlights the appeal of prize bonds as a means to secure significant returns.

Third Prize Winners - Rs 9,300 Each

The third prize category included a total of 1,696 winners, each of whom received Rs 9,300. 

Prize bonds are a popular investment scheme in Pakistan, known for offering a safe way to invest without the risk of principal loss.

While the odds of winning are low, the large cash prizes continue to attract widespread interest.

The draws are regulated by National Savings, a division under the central bank of Pakistan, which ensures transparency and fairness in the process.

On January 1, the National Savings Division released the schedule for the 2025 prize bond draws, including those for national and premium bonds. The upcoming draws are as follows:

• April 15, 2025 (Tuesday) – Peshawar
• July 15, 2025 (Tuesday) – Rawalpindi
• October 15, 2025 (Wednesday) – Muzaffarabad

Rs. 200 Prize Bond Draws:

• March 17, 2025 (Monday) – Faisalabad
• June 16, 2025 (Monday) – Quetta
• September 15, 2025 (Monday) – Multan
• December 15, 2025 (Monday) – Lahore

Rs. 100 Prize Bond Draws:

• February 17, 2025 (Monday) – Rawalpindi
• May 15, 2025 (Thursday) – Sialkot
