IShowSpeed performs dangerous backflip from 'The Hand of God' sculpture in Guatemala

Darren "IShowSpeed," the popular YouTuber known for his adventurous live-streaming antics, has once again captivated the internet with a jaw-dropping stunt. On January 14, 2025, he performed a dangerous backflip from the "Hand of God," a statue perched on the side of a mountain in Antigua, Guatemala.

Currently on a South America tour, IShowSpeed began his journey in Colombia before heading to Guatemala. As part of his live-stream content, the 19-year-old streamer took on the perilous task of executing a backflip from the hand sculpture, located in a national park.

Before attempting the backflip, Speed warned his viewers about the gravity of the stunt:
“Okay, this is very dangerous, I am about to do a backflip off The Hand of God. If I fall, it’s over with.”

Despite the clear risk, IShowSpeed successfully landed the backflip and celebrated with a triumphant shout. Fans who were watching his live stream expressed their astonishment at his fearless approach to extreme stunts. 

One viewer tweeted, “Bro does not fear death,” while others made light-hearted remarks, joking about him “meeting God” if the stunt had gone wrong.
