Man, two sons slain over land dispute
A man and his two young sons were killed by their cousins in an alleged armed attack on the residence of the slain persons in the Meeru Khan area of Kambar-Shahdadkot district on Tuesday.
According to Meeru Khan police, 60-year-old Ali Dino Chandio, 29-year-old Nadir Chandio and 19-year-old Akmal Chandio were killed while sleeping at their home.
The police informed that Ali Dino had allegedly killed his brother-in-law Mukhtiar Chandio and brother-in-law's father Gulbahar Chandio 15 years ago in 2010 over a land dispute and that the fresh killings smacked of revenge. The police claimed that the suspects had escaped from the area after locking their houses.
Police have identified the escaped suspects as Baqir Chandio and his brothers. The DIG Larkana has taken notice of the incident besides directing SSP Sajid Amir Saddozai to arrest the suspects and submit a report.
