Logan Paul challenges Bad Bunny to WWE showdown
Logan Paul has thrown down the gauntlet to music superstar and occasional WWE performer Bad Bunny, challenging him to a future match in the ring.
The challenge comes after Bad Bunny revealed his desire to return for at least one more bout, expressing a willingness to “put my life at risk in the ring” in a recent Rolling Stone interview.
Paul, known for his impressive celebrity wrestling career and social media presence, responded to Bunny’s comments with a bold statement. “Then get in the ring with me,” Paul wrote in a comment on an Instagram post about the interview, later sharing the remark to his Instagram story.
Bad Bunny, a Grammy-winning Puerto Rican artist, has competed in three WWE matches since 2021, including a viral San Juan Street Fight against Damian Priest at Backlash in Puerto Rico. The match was hailed as one of the most memorable celebrity appearances in WWE history.
Logan Paul, a former WWE United States Champion, last competed at SummerSlam 2024, where he lost his title to LA Knight. Despite speculation about his retirement following the birth of his first child, WWE confirmed Paul would remain on the roster, aligning him with the Raw brand as the company prepares for its debut on Netflix.
Both stars bring significant mainstream appeal to WWE, making a potential match between Paul and Bunny a blockbuster spectacle. While Bad Bunny hinted that the next Backlash Premium Live Event could be held in Mexico, WWE has yet to confirm the claim.
