CAA retirees challenge perk withdrawal

Civil Aviation Authority's retired employees have challenged a single bench ruling regarding withdrawal of their perks and medical facilities to their family members in the Islamabad High Court (IHC).

In an intra-court appeal filed by 300 pensioners of Civil Aviation Authority' they requested the court to nullify the single bench verdict ordering withdrawal of medical facilities from parents and children of the Civil Aviation Authority's retired employees.

Besides, the single bench order also forfeited other privileges, including house grant.
