The most expensive property in Pacific Palisades has been destroyed in the recent Los Angeles wildfires. The massive 18-bedroom estate, valued at an astounding $125 million, was reported as completely destroyed, according to the Daily Mail.

Owned by 29-year-old Austin Russell, CEO of Luminar Technologies, the mansion was listed for rent at $450,000 per month when the fire occurred.

The mansion appeared in the fourth season of HBO’s *Succession* (2023), where it served as the luxurious home of the fictional Roy family.

Russell purchased the property in 2021 for $83 million. The mansion featured six bathrooms, a Nobu-designed kitchen, and a theater that could seat 20 people.

The home also had a basement wine cellar with temperature control and a retractable roof ideal for stargazing. The lush garden surrounding the property complemented the high-tech swimming pool.

The mansion’s backyard was used in several scenes with the Roy siblings Kendall, Roman, and Shiv, portrayed by Jeremy Strong, Kieran Culkin, and Sarah Snook, respectively.

The house, including its two panic rooms, was entirely consumed by the flames.

As of Saturday, the Los Angeles wildfires have already burned through tens of thousands of acres and show no signs of slowing down.

The current death toll stands at 1, with authorities deploying arson investigators to Pacific Palisades to identify the fire's origin.

“The cause of the fire remains unknown, and it continues to be under active investigation,” Los Angeles Fire Chief Kristin Crowley stated on Thursday.

However, the Los Angeles Police Department told Fox News Digital on Thursday, “We have not received any reports of arson.”

The city has admitted that it exhausted its water supply from hydrants while battling the Palisades Fire on its first day, citing issues with mismanagement and operational failures.

Mayor Karen Bass, who was in Ghana during the fires, has faced criticism for reducing the fire department's funding by $18 million earlier this year.
