Ronda Rousey and her husband, Travis Browne, have welcomed their second child, a daughter named Liko’ula Pā’ūomahinakaipiha Browne.

The professional wrestler, 37, shared the news on Instagram on Thursday, January 9, expressing gratitude for the safe arrival of their baby girl. Rousey described the dramatic birth, saying their daughter arrived "during a windstorm into a city on fire."

In her post, Rousey included heartwarming photos and videos of the family, including a clip of their older daughter, La'akea Makalapuaokalanipō, 2, sitting by her mother’s hospital bed. Rousey also shared a selfie of herself holding the newborn, as well as images of the family bonding in the hospital, with Browne and La'akea gazing at Liko’ula.

Rousey and Browne married in Hawaii in August 2017, and their first child, La'akea, was born in September 2021. Rousey, also a stepmother to Browne's two sons from a previous marriage, had previously revealed her pregnancy during a Comic-Con appearance in 2023, where she was photographed cradling her baby bump in a pink and white dress.

Reflecting on motherhood, Rousey spoke to PEOPLE in June 2023, sharing that La'akea showed signs of toughness from an early age. The former UFC champion expressed how her focus on her daughter has positively impacted her mental well-being, making her more considerate and emotionally healthy.
