Pak-US ties discussed at UMT moot

The University of Management and Technology (UMT) hosted a seminar on Pakistan-US relations with Pakistan's Ambassador to the United States Rizwan Saeed Sheikh as the chief guest.
The seminar focused on exploring opportunities for collaboration while addressing the challenges in the bilateral relationship.
Ambassador Sheikh discussed the historical and strategic significance of Pakistan-US ties, emphasising areas of cooperation such as security, counterterrorism, and economic growth through technology, agriculture, and education.
He also highlighted Pakistan's strategic geographic position and its importance for regional stability.
UMT President Ibrahim Hasan Murad expressed hope for strengthened bilateral ties under the new US administration.
