Demi Moore did not snub Kylie Jenner at Golden Globes, simply didn’t notice her: source

Demi Moore’s daughter, Tallulah Willis, also clarified that her mother didn’t snub Kylie Jenner at the Golden Globes.

Demi Moore did not intentionally snub Kylie Jenner at the 2025 Golden Globes, with a source emphasizing that the actress holds "no ill will" toward the beauty mogul.

The 62-year-old actress became the subject of online controversy after she appeared to overlook Kylie, 27, following her win for Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy for her role in The Substance.

In a viral clip, Demi approached Elle Fanning’s table for a brief conversation but seemingly didn’t notice Kylie, who was sitting nearby attempting to catch her attention.

Speaking to DailyMail.com, an insider clarified that Demi’s actions were unintentional, explaining that she simply didn’t see Kylie. The source also noted that the two women have "different values" and have not interacted before.

"Demi doesn't know Kylie," the insider stated, adding that their values and upbringings differ significantly. "Demi raised her children in a much different manner than the Kardashians were raised, and they have different values."

The insider continued, "Demi is an actress. Kylie was there because she is dating Timothée Chalamet. Demi respects Timothée and admires his talent. It was not a snub though. She simply didn’t even acknowledge her presence."

Demi’s daughter, Tallulah Willis, also dismissed the snub rumors, explaining that her mother had not seen Kylie. 

“There was no snub of any sort," Tallulah wrote on her Instagram Story. "Had she seen KJ wanting to congratulate her, she would have given her the time and space. Literally just give it all a break and let a gal enjoy her accomplishments!”

Reports also suggest there is no tension between Demi and Kylie. Last Halloween, Kylie paid tribute to Demi by recreating her iconic Striptease look from the 1996 film and even posed nude to replicate the film’s theatrical release poster.

Demi appeared to appreciate Kylie’s homage, sharing the looks on her Instagram Story with captions like “love this” and “nailed it.”
