Chairman of the Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi, Syed Sharaf Ali Shah, has announced the immediate formation of an inquiry committee in view of the concerns raised by students on the results of the Intermediate Part I annual examinations for 2024.
It is noteworthy that Syed Sharaf Ali Shah assumed his position as Chairman on January 3. After assuming office, he held a meeting with Secretary Universities and Boards Department Muhammad Abbas Baloch in which it was decided to establish an inquiry committee to address the issue. The purpose of this committee is to verify the results and ensure transparency so that the confidence of the students is restored.
The chairman emphasised that students are the future of the nation, and every possible step will be taken to resolve their grievances. The committee will work with complete impartiality to make the examination process transparent. It will thoroughly examine all aspects, including paper checking and result preparation.
