Sukkur master plan rolled out

A master plan for the development of the Sukkur district has been prepared, said District Council Chairman Syed Kumail Haider Shah on Friday.
Under the master plan, various projects of development and beautification will be carried out throughout the district, Kumail said addressing a press conference at the Sukkur Press Club.
He said that under the master plan, a national-level large vegetable market will be set up in Sukkur. Efforts are being made to give Aror the status of IT and Education City.
He said that to promote tourism, a tourism resort is being considered in front of Aror. Moreover, Kumail said, the district council will launch a ferry service and cruise in the Indus River.
