Gandapur's arrest warrant cancelled

An ATC cancelled arrest warrant of K-P Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur. Besides, the court also stopped proceedings to declare him a proclaimed offender.

ATC Judge Syed Amjad Ali Shah conducted the hearing on Thursday. Gandpaur's arrest warrant was issued in a case registered at Saddar Hasan Abdal Police Station related to the PTI's November 24 protest.

Ganapur's lawyer Faisal Malik said the judge accepted his client's plea and cancelled his arrest warrant. It is pertinent to mention that K-P CM Ali Amin Gandapur has already obtained bail in all cases from the Peshawar High Court till Jan 16.
