A monkey in India has captured attention after a video showing her performing household chores, including making bread and washing dishes, started circulating on social media.
Rani, the eight-year-old monkey from Khagi Pura Sudhwa village in Rae Bareli, Uttar Pradesh, has been living with a family for years.
The viral video shows her skillfully cleaning utensils, washing clothes, mopping the floor, grinding spices, and even making bread, leaving viewers in awe.
According to her owner, Akash, Rani’s videos have garnered over 100 million views, with admirers from countries like the United States, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and beyond. Her fame has drawn visitors from cities like Mumbai, Kolkata, and Varanasi, eager to witness her talents.
Akash, who has benefited financially from the viral content, declined to share specific earnings but revealed that Rani enjoys simple foods like raw bread and dislikes causing annoyance intentionally.
Despite her fame, Akash noted that Rani sometimes displays frustration by harming herself but remains a beloved figure worldwide.
