PML-N observes 118th foundation anniversary

The PML-N on Monday observed the 118th anniversary of its foundation without any fanfare or any official event except for a message from Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif emphasising the significant role played by the founding fathers of Pakistan.

On the occasion, Shehbaz congratulated the PML-N. Reflecting on the party's historical significance, Shehbaz emphasised the pivotal role of the All India Muslim League and its leaders, including Quaid-i-Azam, in the creation of Pakistan, said a news release issued by the Prime Minister's Office.

"The formation of the Muslim League 118 years ago reignited the desire for an independent homeland for Muslims."
