Brandon Sklenar, Blake Lively’s co-star in It Ends with Us, has publicly shown his support for the actress following her lawsuit against Justin Baldoni. Sklenar took to Instagram on Monday, Dec. 23, urging his followers to read Lively’s recently filed legal complaint.

“FOR THE LOVE OF GOD READ THIS,” Sklenar wrote on his Instagram Stories, tagging Lively’s account alongside a screenshot of her filing. The post also included a link to The New York Times' archive of the complaint, highlighting his call for awareness of the situation.

Lively’s complaint, filed on Dec. 20, alleges harassment and a retaliatory smear campaign orchestrated by Baldoni, who co-stars and directs the adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s bestselling novel. The document details instances of “unwelcome and inappropriate behavior” on set, as well as claims that Lively’s professional reputation was targeted.

The lawsuit also highlights the emotional toll the experience took on Lively, stating that she suffered from “fear, trauma, and extreme anxiety.” The legal action names Baldoni, his production company Wayfarer Studios, and several collaborators alleged to have participated in efforts to discredit the actress.

Sklenar, who portrays Atlas Corrigan in the film, has previously spoken about his admiration for Lively and the importance of the movie’s message. In August, he addressed the backlash surrounding the film, urging fans to focus on its portrayal of resilience and domestic abuse survivors.

Lively’s claims have drawn widespread support from notable figures, including her sister Robyn Lively and Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants co-stars America Ferrera, Alexis Bledel, and Amber Tamblyn. Additionally, Sony, the studio behind the film, issued a statement reaffirming its support for the actress.

As the legal battle unfolds, Sklenar’s public endorsement underscores the growing chorus of support for Lively.
