The Election Tribunal, presided over by Balochistan High Court Judge Justice Abdullah Baloch, dismissed an election petition filed by Mir Mujibur Rehman Muhammad Hassani, challenging the victory of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) leader Mir Zabid Reki from constituency PB-31.

In a detailed verdict, Justice Abdullah Baloch ruled that the petition lacked sufficient evidence and legal merit. The tribunal upheld the election victory of Mir Zabid Reki, reaffirming his position as the elected representative for PB-31.

The case saw prominent legal representation, with advocates Kamran Murtaza, Qazi Najeeb, and Baloch Khan appearing on behalf of Mir Zabid Reki.

Election Commission Assistant Director Shehzada Aslam, and Naseer Ahmed represented the commission in the proceedings.

This decision marks a significant victory for JUI-F and Mir Zabid Reki, further solidifying his electoral win in PB-31.
