Gold prices remain stable in local and international markets
Gold prices in the country remain steady today, with no changes reported.
The per tola price stands firm at Rs273,400, while 10 grams of gold are priced at Rs234,396.
In the international market, gold maintains its value at $2,622 per ounce.
On Saturday, the price of gold per tola surged by Rs2,100, hitting Rs273,400. The price of gold per 10 grams climbed by Rs1,800, reaching Rs234,396.
The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) kicked off the week with a strong rally on Monday, as the KSE-100 index rose by 3.87% during intra-day trading.
The stock market reached a high of 113,833.69 points from its previous close of 109,513.14.
It earlier reach a low of 110,891.35 points.
The total market value stood at 12,022,506,787, with a substantial trading volume of 106,155,448 shares.
