Justin Baldoni has been accused of entering Blake Lively's trailer while she was "nude" and allowing his "friends" to watch her film intimate scenes, according to allegations made in a lawsuit filed by Lively.

Lively has taken legal action against Baldoni, accusing him of sexual harassment and fostering a toxic work environment during the production of their film It Ends With Us, where he served as both director and co-star. Baldoni has strongly denied the claims.

Legal documents from the lawsuit state that an "all-hands" meeting was held on January 4 of this year, reportedly to "address the hostile work environment that had nearly derailed production of the Film."

The meeting allegedly involved Baldoni, Jamey Heath, who is the CEO of Baldoni's production company Wayfarer Studios, and a producer on the film.

During the meeting, attendees reportedly discussed claims of "inappropriate conduct" involving Baldoni and Heath. According to the suit obtained by The New York Times, "all parties present agreed that the outlined conduct would cease."

One point reportedly agreed upon stated: "No more entering, attempting to enter, interrupting, pressuring or asking BL to enter her trailer or the makeup trailer by Mr Heath or Mr Baldoni while she is nude, for any reason."

Another agreement read: "All actors participating with BL in intimate scenes involving her being in any state of nudity or simulated nudity must be classified as active, working actors, not 'friends' of the director or producers, and must be pre-approved by BL."

The lawsuit also accuses Baldoni of showing Lively explicit videos and images of other women, discussing his alleged pornography addiction, and making inappropriate comments about her weight, her late father, and other cast and crew members.

Additionally, the filing alleges that Baldoni "improvised physical intimacy" during a scene without prior discussion or approval.

One alleged incident involved Baldoni "discreetly biting and sucking on Ms. Lively's lower lip" during multiple takes, despite her visible discomfort, and insisting on reshooting the scene several times.

The lawsuit also claims Baldoni made inappropriate inquiries, including asking Lively if she and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, experienced simultaneous climaxes— a question she refused to answer, finding it invasive.

The complaint further alleges that before filming began, Baldoni "inserted improvised gratuitous sexual content and/or scenes involving nudity into the film (including for an underage character) in highly unsettling ways."

Among the alleged additions were "a scene in which Ms. Lively was to orgasm on-camera" and "a detailed scene" depicting Lily Bloom, a younger version of Lively's character, losing her virginity—both of which were not included in the original book.

According to the lawsuit, these changes were made without Lively's consent after she had already signed on to the project.
