Trailer driver booked for death of man, son

An unidentified driver has been booked for an accident that claimed the lives of a man and his son on KPT Flyover near Jam Sadiq Bridge in Korangi.

As per details, 49-year-old Rizwan Ahmed and his three-year-old son, Rohan, were killed when a speeding trailer rammed into their motorcycle on Monday.

A case was registered at the Korangi Industrial Area police station on the complaint of Rizwan Ahmed's elder brother, Nadeem Ahmed, against the errant driver, who remains unidentified.

The charges include murder and causing material damage. The trailer driver has been accused of speeding and negligence, which led to the fatal crash.

Rizwan Ahmed, a security guard by profession, was traveling with his wife and son from his in-law's house in Allahwala Town to their home in Delhi Colony when the accident occurred.

Rohan, the couple's only child, was also killed in the accident.
