Logan Paul joins WWE 'Raw' on Netflix, aims to follow Jake Paul's record-breaking success
Logan Paul is stepping back into the WWE ring as Raw makes its highly anticipated debut on Netflix on January 6, 2025. Following his brother Jake Paul’s record-breaking fight with Mike Tyson, Logan hopes to replicate the success in his return to wrestling.
After a hiatus from WWE, Paul rejoined the company at an event held at WWE’s headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, alongside WWE’s chief content officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque and Raw GM Adam Pierce. Greeted with boos from a crowd of 400 fans, Paul leaned into his role as an antihero, declaring, “Every single one of my matches is a banger.”
Paul teased potential matches with Mike Tyson and Conor McGregor, saying, “Mike Tyson wants to fight me. Conor McGregor wants to fight me. A payday with a Paul brother is a bucket list item for most all of these washed-up fighters.” While McGregor hinted at a fight in India, insiders have dismissed the possibility, as Paul’s focus shifts to becoming the face of WWE’s Netflix venture.
Netflix has invested $5 billion in WWE content, aiming to capitalize on the massive audience the platform commands. Levesque, addressing concerns about streaming issues, joked, “If it blinks a couple of times, and we do 60 million [viewers], I’m good with that.”
Paul embraced his WWE persona during the event, delivering a bold statement: “If you have something that I want, I’m going to take it. I’m not asking permission.” He concluded by declaring himself the future WWE World Champion.
