Taylor Swift reportedly blurs ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn’s photo in Bejeweled BTS video

Taylor Swift has reportedly blurred a photo of her ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn in the recently released behind-the-scenes video of her hit song Bejeweled. Released on October 25, 2022, the track is part of Swift's tenth studio album, Midnights (2022), and was co-written and co-produced by Swift and Jack Antonoff.  

On Friday, December 13, 2024, Swift shared a behind-the-scenes look at the making of Bejeweled. In one particular scene, the 14-time Grammy winner is seen directing an actor while holding her phone.  

As she gestures, the phone screen lights up, briefly revealing the wallpaper: a photo of Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn sitting and cuddling. In the image, Swift is leaning on Alwyn's shoulder with her arms wrapped around him. However, the wallpaper in the BTS video has reportedly been blurred.  

Swift and Alwyn are said to have ended their relationship in April 2023. The pop star is now dating Travis Kelce, a professional football player for the Kansas City Chiefs.  

According to People, Swift and Alwyn were first romantically linked in May 2017, with reports suggesting they had been secretly dating for months. Although the exact timeline of their first meeting is unclear, fans speculate it might have happened at the 2016 Met Gala.  

The couple was known for keeping their relationship private and away from public scrutiny. In a 2019 interview with The Guardian, Swift shared her perspective on maintaining privacy in her personal life.  

"I've learned that if I do, people think it's up for discussion, and our relationship isn't up for discussion. If you and I were having a glass of wine right now, we'd be talking about it — but it's just that it goes out into the world," she said.  

On May 8, 2018, Swift and Alwyn made their relationship Instagram-official by posting matching photos on their accounts. The images showed them standing next to a giant cactus.  

While Swift announced the start of her Reputation Tour, Alwyn captioned his post with just a cactus emoji. Alwyn also attended the opening night of the Reputation Tour in Glendale, Arizona. During her performance of Gorgeous, fans noticed Swift pointing at Alwyn in the crowd.
