Aseefa, Faryal Talpur inaugurate anti-polio drive in Nawabshah

The First Lady of Pakistan and Member of the National Assembly, Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, along with the Central President of the PPP Ladies Wing, Faryal Talpur, inaugurated the anti-polio campaign in Nawabshah and presided over a meeting on the occasion.

Aseefa and Faryal Talpur distributed certificates of recognition to members of the anti-polio team for their outstanding performance. Later they administered polio vaccine drops to children.

Meanwhile, MNA Aseefa on Monday strongly condemned the recent attacks on polio teams in Karak and Bannu, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.

In a statement on her social media platform, X (Twitter) she said, "attacks on polio teams are direct efforts to sabotage initiatives to safeguard our children. Authorities must take immediate action. Violence cannot and will not deter the fight against polio."
