YouTube sensation CoryxKenshin has returned after a nearly two-year hiatus, unveiling his ambitious new project, a manga titled Monsters We Make. Known for his engaging content, Cory is now aiming to bring his story to life on screen by collaborating with leading animation studios.

The creator uploaded a video on December 13, announcing his comeback and the manga's release, which catapulted him to YouTube’s Trending page. In a follow-up video on December 16, Cory revealed his “ultimate goal” — securing an anime adaptation for Monsters We Make.

Cory directly addressed top-tier studios, including Netflix, Crunchyroll, and MAPPA, renowned for their work on Jujutsu Kaisen and Attack on Titan. He encouraged them to seize the opportunity, emphasizing his belief in the manga’s potential. “I do feel Monsters We Make will be special,” Cory said. “Netflix, Crunchyroll — Mappa, I’m looking at you. Whoever wants to come put in their bids, do it early. I think I have something.”

The YouTuber stressed the importance of proving fan interest and urged viewers to support the manga by purchasing a copy. He also teased an undisclosed new project in development, further fueling excitement among his fanbase.

This isn’t Cory’s first major venture outside YouTube. He previously appeared in Blumhouse’s Five Nights at Freddy’s movie, showcasing his versatility as a content creator.

With Monsters We Make, CoryxKenshin is setting his sights high, aiming to leave a mark on the anime industry.
