SHO, two cops get locked up at own police station

An SHO, head clerk of the precinct and a head constable landed in the lock of their own police station for hijacking a truck loaded with cigarettes and kidnapping the truck driver.
The Nawabshah district police chief SSP Tanveer ordered the filing of FIR and arrest of the SHO, head muharrar and the head constable of Pubjo police station.
SHO Pabju police had stopped a truck loaded with cigarettes near the Gorchani filling station on Nawabshah-Qazi Ahmed Road on Sunday and took the truck into custody. The truck driver was kidnapped and imprisoned at an unknown place.
However, the truck driver escaped and reached the taluka police station. The taluka police informed SSP Tanveer Hussain Tunio about the matter. SSP Tanveer Hussain Tunio immediately suspended the SHO, Head Muharrar and Head Constable of Pabju police station and ordered them to be arrested and locked up.
The taluka police arrested the police officers and locked them up and immediately registered a case on the complaint of the truck driver.
