KARACHI:
The Mochko police foiled the smuggling of Iranian diesel, cigarettes and drugs worth millions of rupees from Balochistan to Karachi in three different operations.
According to SSP Keamari, Captain (retd) Faizan Ali, a huge quantity of 1,200 litres of Iranian diesel was recovered from the secret additional tank of a dumper coming from Hub Chowki.
In another operation, 39 cartons of smuggled foreign cigarettes and Rs48,600 were recovered from a motorcycle-riding accused.
