Tina Knowles, Beyoncé’s mother, has denied intentionally liking an Instagram post about Jay-Z’s recent rape allegations, claiming her account was hacked.

The post, shared by ABC 7 Chicago, reported allegations against Jay-Z and Sean "Diddy" Combs, who are accused of raping a 13-year-old girl at a 2000 MTV Video Music Awards afterparty.

Fans were quick to notice that Knowles had “liked” the post, sparking speculation about her stance on the allegations. However, Knowles later issued a statement saying her Instagram was hacked and that the interaction was not intentional.

While claiming her account was compromised, the explanation has raised skepticism. Critics argue that a hacker would likely have done more than simply liking a single post, such as posting offensive content or messaging followers. “It would’ve been more believable if she said she’d liked it by mistake,” one observer noted.

Jay-Z, who married Beyoncé in 2008, has vehemently denied the allegations, calling the lawsuit a “blackmail attempt” and demanding that the accuser reveal her identity. The rapper expressed heartbreak over the impact on his family, stating he and Beyoncé must now address the claims with their children.

The incident adds to the ongoing controversy surrounding Jay-Z and Diddy, as both face serious allegations in the amended lawsuit filed by Jane Doe. Knowles’ denial attempts to distance herself from the discussion, but skepticism remains regarding her claim of being hacked.
