Twitch streamer Mizkif has revealed that he won a defamation lawsuit filed by Adrianah Lee, who had accused him, Maya Higa, and CrazySlick of covering up a 2021 sexual assault.

Mizkif, placed on leave by OTK during a third-party investigation that cleared him of wrongdoing, faced a $2 million lawsuit alleging emotional distress and interference with business relations.

Court records show the case was dismissed in December 2024 due to insufficient evidence. Mizkif announced the victory during a live stream, sharing plans to release a video addressing the case and clearing his name. “I want a concrete video that shows it was literally all lies,” he said, criticizing misinformation spread during the controversy.

Mizkif revealed he lost $300,000 and struggled with his mental health during the ordeal, which he says led to an attempt on his life. He directly criticized fellow streamer Ludwig for a 2022 video he claims falsely portrayed him, demanding a public apology. “He literally made me wanna kill myself. He was one of the top factors on why I wanted to die,” Mizkif stated.

Ludwig’s now-deleted video accused Mizkif of lacking empathy and urged him to “own up” to his actions. While Ludwig acknowledged Mizkif’s exoneration in a later video, he has not responded to the streamer’s recent comments or apology demands.

Mizkif’s case sheds light on the impact of online allegations and the importance of evidence in high-profile disputes.
