Sabrina Carpenter’s highly anticipated Netflix special, A Nonsense Christmas, has arrived, bringing her holiday music and signature humor to the small screen. The 49-minute show, which highlights tracks from her 2023 Fruitcake EP, features festive duets, celebrity cameos, and comedy sketches, all wrapped up in Carpenter’s cheeky, remixed holiday spirit.

One of the standout moments from the special is the much-anticipated duet between Carpenter and fellow Island Records star, Chappell Roan. The pair teamed up for a fun rendition of “Last Christmas,” wearing fuzzy winter coats and singing karaoke-style off a TV. Their chemistry delighted fans, with Roan even joking during the blooper reel, “I look so… straight.”

Carpenter also embraced her comedic side with several hilarious sketches. In one, she introduced her friends (Megan Stalter and Owen Thiele) to her mysterious new boyfriend, Sean Astin, who may just be Santa Claus. Another skit involved a parody of A Christmas Carol, where Carpenter played the ghost of a woman who had been “ghosted” in the past. The sketch ended with a PSA for "the ghosters on the naughty list" to learn their lesson.

The special also featured a series of festive duets, including a performance of “This Christmas” with Tyla, “Santa Baby” with Shania Twain, and “I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus” with Kali Uchis. To close the show, Carpenter gave her fans a dose of her signature “Nonsense” outro with a risqué holiday remix.

“A Nonsense Christmas with Sabrina Carpenter” is now streaming on Netflix. The show has quickly become a viral sensation, thanks to Carpenter’s unique blend of music, comedy, and holiday cheer.
