LAHORE:

The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) dismissed bail pleas as withdrawn on Monday after the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) investigating the Jinnah House attack case declared seven individuals innocent.

The accused—Rizwan Fareed, Muhammad Aslam, Muzamal Hussain, Asma Mumtaz, Hayatullah, Muhammad Ramzan, and Muhammad Zolifqar—were found to have no evidence against them, according to the JIT's findings.

During the hearing, the defense counsels withdrew the bail pleas of the accused following the JIT's declaration of their innocence.

Consequently, the ATC judge dismissed the bail applications.
