Several women are opting for elective surgical procedures to make themselves infertile, all driven by the fear of a potential reproductive rights crackdown should Donald Trump secure another term in office.

These women, including an OnlyFans content creator, are openly discussing their choices, which involve invasive and irreversible medical procedures to protect their reproductive rights.

Eden Ixora, 25, from Florida, who creates adult content, expressed to *Newsweek* that the prospect of pregnancy was more terrifying to her than death. She revealed her plans to undergo a bilateral salpingectomy, a procedure that removes her fallopian tubes.

“For me it was a call to action. A need to get this locked in so I don’t have to live in fear that at any moment some random guy can completely destroy my life,” Ixora said.

“For me the idea of getting pregnant is worse than death. I’m doing what I can to protect my right to choose. I am choosing me.”

Ixora did not respond to a request for comment from *The Post*, but she was not the only woman contemplating the procedure due to political concerns.

“If I am to be denied any rights in the next four (or more) years, I will not give them up without a fight,” said Lydia Echols, 28, from Texas.

Echols also plans to undergo the procedure to have her fallopian tubes removed.

A 39-year-old woman, who recently had the procedure done, shared that she felt the election results left her with no choice but to undergo the surgery.

“I am not happy that I felt forced into a surgery I did not want to alter my body, I feel like the election tied my hands and forced me to be sterilized — that is horrible.”

Another woman, who along with her husband never wanted children, described her decision using language reminiscent of the dystopian world portrayed in *The Handmaid’s Tale*, where women are treated as second-class citizens.

“I paid way too much attention to the vitriol Trump repeatedly spit during his previous term … and am keenly aware of the people he keeps around him and in his ear, who all seem to see women as incubators and possessions to subjugate,” she told the outlet.

She had originally planned to cancel her sterilization procedure after the election, assuming Kamala Harris would win, but decided to go ahead with it in October.
