Ninth-grade student commits suicide over domestic dispute

Noman committed suicide by hanging himself.

DIJKOT:

A ninth-grade student committed suicide by hanging himself over a domestic dispute. Police handed over the body to heirs of the deceased after legal procedures.

Noman, a ninth-grade student resident of Baghban Pura Street 2, within the limits of Police Station Sargodha Road, had an argument with his family. Distraught over the argument, Noman committed suicide by hanging himself.

Upon receiving information, police officers reached the spot and took the body of the deceased into custody and handed it over to the relatives after necessary action. Meanwhile, a woman swallowed poisonous pills found in wheat and was shifted to the hospital.

Naseem Bibi swallowed poisonous pills over a domestic dispute in Samundari Road within the limits of Police Station Roshanwala and shifted to Allied Hospital by rescue workers.

In a separate incident, a man was injured in a gunfight between two groups in Noorpur and was shifted to the hospital. Police have registered a case and are conducting raids to arrest the accused.

Amjad Ali, a resident of Green Town, was passing near Dr. Abdul Ghani's clinic in Noorpur when the two groups opened fire on each other. Amjad Ali was injured in the gunfight and was shifted to the hospital by the rescue team.
