PTI will be banned, says Vawda
Senator Faisal Vawda has claimed that PTI will be banned, adding that soon a new entity by the name of PTI-Pakistan will be formed by members who are loyal to the party.
Speaking to a private TV channel, Vawda accused the current PTI leadership of losing its credibility, stating that they have become "incapable of showing their faces".
He alleged that many of the protesters in the recent Islamabad demonstration were paid individuals.
He said the PTI leadership aimed to keep Imran Khan in jail, adding that Bushra Bibi was working to dismantle the party.
Vawda said he was trying to save Imran Khan.
He maintained that Bushra Bibi's political maneuvers had destroyed Imran Khan's political career, calling her actions the "final nail in the coffin".
He questioned the whereabouts of PTI leaders who called the party workers to D-Chowk but themselves left the scene.
"Bushra Bibi has achieved her goal and has dug the political grave of PTI's founder," Vawda remarked.
He said Bushra Bibi and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur would soon be arrested, claiming that the former had wreaked havoc on the party.
