Lul Tim reacts to Lil Durk’s possible death penalty in murder-for-hire case over Lul Pab’s death
In a Vlad TV interview on November 26, 2024, Lul Tim spoke about the possibility of Lil Durk facing the death penalty over the death of his friend, Lul Pab. Lul Tim is known as one of the accused in the death of Durk's close associate, King Von.
During the interview, Lul Tim was told that Lil Durk is being held without bond and could potentially face life imprisonment or the death penalty if convicted.
When asked how he would feel if Durk were sentenced to death for Lul Pab's murder, Tim responded: "In my head I just put it like s*it that what God wanted to happen... It mean too much I really or how much I really feel about it. I just be like that what God wanted to happen."
Tim added that if Durk were proven innocent, he would still believe it was part of God’s plan. He expressed his belief that everything is ultimately determined by God.
When asked if he would feel the same way if Durk were sentenced to life in prison, Tim agreed.
He said: "I don't wish jail on nobody like I'm not no person who be like but I hope he don't never get out or nothing like that. I ain't that type of person who wish jail or nobody cause I wouldn't want nobody to wish jail on me."
Lil Durk was arrested in Florida on October 25, 2024, while five members of his hip-hop group, Only The Family (OTF), were detained in California. Durk and the OTF members are facing charges related to a 2022 murder-for-hire plot involving Quando Rondo’s cousin.
As reported by Forbes on November 15, 2024, an affidavit filed in federal court based on FBI agent Sarah Corcoran's testimony stated that Durk had placed a bounty on Quando Rondo’s life. The affidavit also revealed that flight tickets used to execute the murder-for-hire plot were purchased with credit cards linked to Durk and OTF.
